Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-First dual listed Nigerian oil and gas upstream firm, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc on Thursday reported a loss after tax (LAT) of N24.08 billion for the nine-months period ended September 30, 2016 compared to a profit after tax (PAT) of N13.57 billion recorded a year ago.
Seplat declared a loss before tax (LBT) of N21.46 billion compared to a profit before tax (PBT) of N13.53 billion posted the corresponding period of 2015
Revenue of the first dual listed Nigerian oil and gas upstream firm declined 42.6 percent to N47.67 billion from N83 billion recorded the same period of last, Seplat said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
