Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Cement producer, Lafarge Africa Plc said on Friday that total outstanding shares of the company now stood at 5,423,567,700.

This is coming on the heels of the addition of  413,175,709 ordinary shares were added to the outstanding shares of  Lafarge from the acquisition of indirect 50 percent shareholding of United Cement Company Ltd.
