Movement in the market capitalization of NSE quoted firms gives insight as to how the Exchange has performed in the course of its daily trading activities.

The Performances recorded by ten (10) companies as seen below, either positively or negatively overtime puts this in perspective.

On the Nigerian bourse, GUARANTY and SEPLAT both top based companies that recorded increase in market capitalization as at 15th December, 2016 while NB, MOBIL and TOTAL follow closely to make the top five.

On the other hand, FO and WAPCO both top the list of  companies that recorded decrease in market capitalization while ETI, GUINNESS and DANGCEM follow closely in that order.
