Pursuant to the post-listing requirements of the Nigerian Stock Exchange for quoted Companies, AXA Mansard Insurance hereby informs you that the Board of Directors of AXAS Mansard Insurance Plc at its meeting on Thursday, February 16, 2017, approved the Company’s audited financial statements together with the Directors and Auditor’s reports for the financial year ended December 31, 2016.

The Board also approved the payment of dividend to existing shareholders at a limiting date to be communicated to you.

Kindly note that we required to forward the Audited Accounts to the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) for approval
