Ikeja Hotel Plc wishes to notify its shareholders and other stakeholders of the company that Mr Goodie M. Ibru has resigned as Chairman of Ikeja Hotel Plc with effect from 17 February, 2017.

Mr Ibru will however remain a non-Executive Director of the Company until 17 May, 2017 when he will finally retire from the Board.

The company will communicate any further development in this regards in due course.
