1. The Board approved the recommendation of the sum of N378,330,000.00 (Three Hundred and Seventy-Eight Million, Three Hundred and Thirty Thousand) that is, 10 kobo gross per share which if approved by Members in General Meeting, is payable on Friday, 12 May, 2017

2. Closure of Register of Members for the purpose of preparation of Dividend payment – Tuesday, 18 April, 2017 to Monday, 24 April, 2017 (both dates inclusive).

3. Dividend qualification date – Thursday 13 April, 2017
