Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Beer producer, International Breweries Plc on Tuesday gave an update on its proposed merger with Intafact Beverages Limited and Pabod Breweries Limited and said its board of directors have approved it, according to its notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
