Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- First dual listed Nigerian oil and gas upstream firm, Seplat Petroleum Development Company Plc on Thursday declared a loss after tax of N8.43 billion in its half-year (H1) period ended June 30, 2017 compared to N12.80 billion recorded a year ago.
Similarly, Seplat reported a loss before tax of N8.09 billion compared to N12.19 billion posted the same period of 2016.
Revenue of the first dual listed Nigerian oil and gas upstream firm increased 29.03 percent to N40.31 billion from N31.57 billion reported the same period of 2015, Seplat said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
