Thomas Wyatt Nigeria Plc. (”the Company”) wishes to notify its esteemed shareholders and the investing public that the Company filed its outstanding Audited Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31 March 2016 and 31 March 2017 with The Nigerian Stock Exchange on 29 September 2017 and 6 October 2017 respectively. 

The late filing of these AFS beyond the regulatory timeline for filing financial statements was occasioned by series of tragedies that befell the company in the past five (5) years. 

However, the Company has put in place adequate measures and policies to forestall future occurrence and express its commitment to ensure timely submission of its financial statements and other post-listing disclosure obligations.
