Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Brewer, International Breweries Plc on Thursday listed 5,301,612,656 ordinary shareson the daily official list of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
This is coming on the heels of the Scheme of Merger involving the brewer, Intafact Beverages Limited and Pabod Breweries Limited.
“With this listing of 5,301,612,656 ordinary shares, the total issued and fully paid up shares of International Breweries Plc has now increased from 3,294,249,280 to 8,595,861,936 ordinary shares,” International Breweries said in a filing with the NSE.
