The Board of Directors of Africa Prudential Plc (“The Company”) are scheduled to meet in Lagos on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 by 10am to consider the Accounts and Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2017 and proposals for dividends.

Accordingly, in compliance with the NSE Rule book and the Amendments to the Listing rules, the Company hereby declares the commencement of the closed period for trading in its shares on February 6, 2018.

Hence, no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibility, employees with sensitive information, Advisers and consultants of the Company and their connected persons may directly or indirectly deal in the Securities of the Company until 24 hours after the release of the Audited Accounts and Financial Statements of the Company for the period ended December 31, 2017 to the Nigerian Stock Exchange and by extension, the general public.
