Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of McNichols Consolidated Plc will meet on Tuesday, 27 February 2018 to consider and approve the Company’s audited financial statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2017.  The Board will also consider declaration of dividend for shareholders’ approval at the next Annual General Meeting.

Accordingly, in compliance with the Nigerian Stock Exchange Rules as amended, the Company hereby declares a closed period for trading in the shares of the company from Monday, 26 February 2018 until 24 hours after the release of the results to the public.

Therefore Directors and all Insiders are prohibited from trading in the company’s shares within the closed period.
