Lafarge Africa Plc (“Lafarge Africa” or “the Company”) hereby notifies The Nigerian Stock Exchange (“The Exchange”) and the general public that at the meeting of its Board of Directors held on Friday, 6th April 2018.

The Board resolved that subject to the ratification of members at the Annual General Meeting of 16th May 2018, a dividend of N1 .50 kobo per share will be paid to shareholders whose names appeared on the Register of Members on the 2oth April 2018, from the 2012/2013 pioneer profit of the Company and not subject to deduction of withholding tax in respect of the year ended 31st December 2017.
