Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Beer-maker, International Breweries Plc on Monday reported a loss of  N7.137 billion  for the third quarter period ended September 30, 2018 compared to a profit of N1.429 billion declared a year ago.

Similarly, the brewer posted a loss before tax of N9.190 billion compared to N3.200 recorded the same period of 2017.

However, revenue rose 128.2 percent to N83.347 billion in the review period to N36.528 billion in the third quarter of 2017; indicating a growth of 128.17 percent, the company said in a filing with the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
