The following proposed Rule Amendments, are exposed for comments. Your participation is requested by way of reviewing the proposed Rule Amendments, and providing your comments thereon.

The proposed Rule Amendments may be viewed through the links provided as follows:

Amendments to Issuers’ Rules:

(a) Proposed Amendment to the Appendices to the Listings Requirements – Form of General Undertaking for Listing on The Nigerian Stock Exchange;

(b) Proposed Amendments to Rules Governing Transactions with Related Parties of Interested Persons (Chapter 20);

(c) Proposed Amendments to Rules Pertaining to Closed Periods (Chapter 17).

Amendments to Dealing Members’ Rules:

1. Proposed Amendments to Rule 11.1 Know Your Client (KYC)
