Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Soap and detergent producer, Unilever Nigeria Plc has reported a Loss after tax of N492 million for the first quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2021 compared to a loss after tax of N1.114 billion reported a year ago.
The company also reported a Loss before tax of N110 million compared to a loss before tax of N948 million in the corresponding period of 2020.
Revenue of Unilever Nigeria grew +45.7 percent to N19.42 billion from N13.32 billion in the previous year.
Net Assets of the soap and detergent manufacturer also declined by -0.8 percent to N61.63 billion from N62.12 billion recorded the same period of last year.
