This is to inform all existing investment crowdfunding portals/digital commodities investment platforms operating in Nigeria that the deadline for registration is 30th June 2021.
Failure to comply with this deadline will mean that the operations of such platforms will be categorized as illegal and attract regulatory sanction as stipulated in the Rules (which came into effect on 21st January 2021).
