This is to notify the investing public that the Board of Directors of Access Bank Plc met on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 and considered and approved the Group’s 2021 Half Year Audited Results and the payment of an interim dividend subject to the approval of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The announcement of the results shall be made upon the Bank’s receipt of Central Bank of Nigeria’s approval.
