Market activity: In today’s trade, total volume and value decreased by 46% and 41% respectively, when compared to this time yesterday, as investors have traded about 131 million units of shares worth N2.17 billion.

TRANSCORP (-2.82%) is the most traded stock by volume with about 17 million units of shares accounting for 13% of the total volume.

GTCO (-1.50%) is the most traded stock by value worth about N475 million worth of shares accounting for 22% of the total value.

Likely close: In the absence of any significant decline in the share prices of AIRTELAFRI, DANGCEM and MTNN, the market should close in the green zone.
