3-Year FGN Savings Bond due May 14, 2028: 17.173% per annum  

              Opening Date: May 5, 2025

              Closing Date: May 9, 2025

              Settlement Date: May 14, 2025

ISSUER:  Federal Government of Nigeria (“FGN”)  

UNITS OF SALE:  N1,000 per unit subject to a minimum   Subscription of N5,000 and in

multiples of N1,000 thereafter, subject to a maximum subscription of N50,000,000.  

Coupon Payment Date: August 14, November 14, February 14, May 14

REDEMPTION:  Bullet repayment on the maturity date
