The NGXASI closed flat today at 147,710.96pts, as gains in BUACEMENT (+0.63%), INTBREW (+3.57%) and DANGCEM (+0.10%) were muted by losses in UBA (-1.17%), NB (-1.95%), and DANGSUGAR (-1.64%).
 
In the fixed income space, the Treasury Bills secondary market traded on a slightly flattish to positive note, following the mild decreases observed across all tenors of the benchmark curve. Consequently, the Average T-Bills yield moderated by 1bp to close at 17.38%. Elsewhere, the FGN Bond secondary market traded on a relatively bearish note as the Average FGN Bond yield closed increased by 3bps to close at 16.01%.
 
At the NFEM window, the Naira depreciated by 0.39% to close at NGN 1,463.23/USD. Crude oil price (Brent) declined by 1.74% to close at USD62.22pb.
