- Recently released data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed that Nigeria’s headline inflation rose to 15.2% y/y in December, up from 14.5% y/y in November.
- Food inflation moderated, coming in at 10.8% y/y from the 11.1% y/y seen in November, while core inflation rose to 18.6% y/y from 18.0% y/y in November.
