Union Homes Real Estate Investment Trust Plc on July 02 2010 listed shares worth N13 billion on the Floors of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria.

 

The company listed 250,019,781 units of N50.00 each at N51.50 per share following the Initial Public Offering it had. Union Homes Real Estate was listed in the Real Estate Investment Trust subsector in the Nation’s Stock Exchange.
