dividend for year 2009 FYE

Unity Kapital Assurance Plc has proposed a bonus of 1 for 19 to shareholders of the company. This was contained in the company’s Audited result for the period ended December 2009 released Wednesday July 2010 on the Floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria.

 

This will be declared at the company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 23, 2010 at Transcorp Hilton in Abuja Nigeria.
