Investors of Northern Nigeria Flour Mill Plc (NNFM) are to get an 80 Kobo dividend payout and 1 for 5 bonus for the Financial Year Ended (FYE) (March) 2010. This was contained the company’s  Audited Year Ended March 2010 released on the Floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria and made available to investadvocate.

 

 

NNFM affirmed in the Result Announcement to the Stock Exchange that payment date for the proposed dividend is November 03 2010 and closure of Register for investors whose name appear on the company’s books is between 13 to 17 September 2010 and the Annual General Meeting would come up October 19 2010 at Tahir Guest Palace by 11.30 am.

 

 

However, the company in the announcement did not state the location of Tahir Guest House venue of the AGM.
