Consequently, the Board has been reconstituted and now comprises of the following as members;

These changes took effect from August 25, 2010.

 

 

Mr. Bashiru A. Lasisi, the Chairman is 61 years old and is a graduate of Business Studies from North Western Polytechnic London (now University of North London); he has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Administration and Marketing from the same University. Mr. Lasisi has worked in Nigerian Port Authority, Lagos, Selfridges Limited, London, Mosercams London, Vitafoam Nigeria Plc among others. He held several management positions and has attended several Overseas Training.

 

 

Mrs Bakare, Titilola Tawakalitu, graduated from Manchester University in 1988 with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She had her first Degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of Lagos in 1983. Mrs Bakare was the Head, Human Resource Department before her appointment as the Managing Director of Vono Products Plc. She is 54 years old. Issuers Services Department, Listings Directorate

Mr. Ajiga, Joel Olatoye, graduated from University of Benin in 1985 with a BSc. Degree in Chemical Engineering. He also attended Pan African University (Lagos Business School) in 2006 for a Senior Management Programme (SMP 29). He worked in Bode Foam Industries Ibadan and in Art-Tech design Limited, Lagos, before joining Vitafoam Nigeria Plc in 1995 and is currently the technical Director of the Company. Mr. Ajiga is 50 years of age.

Maiyaki, Shuaibu Stephen, is a Mechanical Engineer and was the Managing Director of UACN Property Development Company Plc (1997-2007). He graduated from Loughborough University of Technology, Leicestershire, England in 1975 and has a Diploma in Estate Management. Mr. Maiyaki, who is 60 years old, has held several management positions in so many organizations before joining UACN Plc as Managing Director. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Nigerian Society of Engineers and an associate member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
