The Securities & Exchange Commission has issued a public notice directing all registrars of public companies to provide a Quarterly Returns of 5% and above Shareholding to the commission.

All Registrars of public companies are hereby advised to forward advance copies of their quarterly returns of 5% and above shareholding via the e-mail mergers@sec.gov.ng
