Mr. Stanley I. Lawson has notified The Exchange that he has resigned his appointment as an independent Director from the Board of African Petroleum Plc.

 

Mr. Lawson’s decision to resign according to him is due to his tight schedule as he is involve in a start-up consultancy outfit which he is trying to nurture to maturity.
