The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Charles Nelson as a Non-Executive Director of its Company, effective September 15, 2010.

 

Mr. Nelson graduated from La Salle University, Philadelphia, PA where he obtained his first Degree in Business Administration in 1987. He had his Masters Degree in International Management in 1988 from American Graduate School of International Studies. Nelson was a Director in Kraft Foods Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. He was also a Finance Director in Southeast Asia- Manila, Philippines. He has also worked in several other places at management level.
