Lagos (investadvocate) – Petroleum Marketing Company, Africa Petroleum Plc (AP) has appointed Zenith Registrars Limited to act as its Registrars.

 

 

This was contained in a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) by the company in Lagos Nigeria.

 

 

Zenith Registrars would act as Registrars managing the Register of Members of African Petroleum, effective September 28, 2010.

 

 

It is expected that Zenith Registrars would contact Afribank Registrars Limited erstwhile Registrars to AP with a view of taking over the Registry.
