Lagos (investadvocate)-Skye Bank Plc has notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria that its Musiliu Smith, Chairman of the Bank has resigned effective September 30, 2010. This was contained in a notice to the NSE by the Bank Tuesday October 12 2010 and made available to investadvocate.

 

Mrs. Morenikeji Onasanya who was the vice Chairman of the Board for five years has been appointed as the new Chairman.

Mrs Onasanya is a Chartered Accountant; she qualifies as a Management Accountant in 1968 and as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1969, both in the United Kingdom.

 

She is a fellow of ACCA and served as Local Correspondent for several years and as Country representative on the International Assembly for five years.
