Lagos(investadvocate)-Tripple Gee & Company Plc (Tripple Gee) operating in the Computer and Office Equipment of Sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has appointed a new Managing Director (MD) in the person of Mr. Moses Abayomi Durodola who took over from Chief Gani Gbadebo Giwa.

 

This was contained in a notice to the Exchange Wednesday October 13 2010 in Lagos Nigeria.

 

Until his appointment, Mr. Durodola is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He obtained his Higher National Diploma in Accountancy at Ondo State polytechnic, Owo and a Masters Degree in Business Administration at the University of Lagos.

 

Mr. Durodola has worked in several places including John Holt Plc, Coker Isah & Co, London, United Kingdom and Nigerian Bottling Company. He joined Real Group of Companies since March, 2005. Durodola has held several management positions before his appointment as the MD of Tripple Gee. He is 49 years old.

 

In the same vein, Tripple Gee Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of MESSRS MELVINE NOMINEES NIGERIA LIMITED (Company Secretaries) of 312 Murtala Mohammed Way, Yaba, Lagos as its Company Secretary with effect from 1st October, 2010.

 

The appointment of Messrs Melvine Nominees Nigeria Limited was to replace Mrs. Bisi Bajomo who had resigned from the services of the Company.
