The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mr. Isaac Iboh Ofu as a Non-Executive Director on its Board; effective September 4, 2010.

 

Mr. Ofu replaces Mrs. Patience Folasade Jacobs who resigned from the Board with effect from May 17, 2010.

 

Mr. Ofu attended University of Benin where he graduated as a Mechanical Engineer in 1976. He worked with Power Holding Company of Nigeria before joining the Bank of Industry in 1977. He is currently General Manager in charge of the Bank’s Risk Management Department. Ofu attended various management courses within and outside Nigeria.
