The Bank has notified The Exchange that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a consortium of International Financial Institutions, which if successful could lead to the recapitalization of the Bank.

 

However, any ensuring transaction is subject to Shareholders’ and Regulatory approvals.

 

Further announcements will be made when any material event occurs.
