LAGOS (INVESTADVOCATE)-  Nestle Nigeria Plc (NESTLE) operating in the  Food and Beverage Sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) has proposed to pay investors of the Company N1.95 Kobo dividend in the Third Quarter (Q3) of year 2010.

 

This was contained in a notice from the Company Monday December 20 2010 and made available to the Exchange in Lagos Nigeria.

 

The payment date for the proposed dividend is January 10 2010 and closure date is between December 29 and 31 2010. 

 

NESTLE affirmed in the notice that the change in closure date was as a result of the public holiday declared by the Federal Government (FG). “However, the qualification date remains the same which is the last trading day of the week before the holiday” the Company said.
