ARM Discovery Fund has announced it will close its Unitholders Regsiter February 04 2011 in order to determine the Unitholders that will qualify for dividend payment for the Financial Year Ended (FYE) December 31 2010.

This was contained in a notice to the Exchange by the Company Thursday January 27 2011 and made available to investadvocate in Lagos Nigeria.

The notice reads thus: “The Company has notified The Exchange that the Register of Unitholders of ARM Discovery Fund will be closed on Friday, February 4th 2011; in order to determine the Unitholders that will qualify for dividend payment for the Financial Year Ended December 31 2011”
