Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Sir Sunny Nwosu, Founder and National Coordinator Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria (ISAN) has lost his mother, Madam Margaret Nworie Nwosu.
A statement Friday August 19 2011 from the Association and made available to InvestAdvocate; said that Madam Nwosu died in Lagos on Sunday August 14 2011 at the age of 82 after a brief illness.
According to the Statement, Madam Nwosu who hailed from Oloko in Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State was a community and Christian women leader in both Lagos and her village.
The Statement further affirmed that late Madam Nwosu would be buried according to Christian’s rites in Oloko, Abia State on September 2, 2010.
Sir Nwosu, the ISAN Coordinator said that death has robbed the family of the deep counseling of a mother who believed strongly in collective effort.
“I will personally miss her counsel each time that anybody who fails to speak the truth in the face of adversity will always commit a spiritual suicide, the family has accepted her death as the will of God, knowing that her Christian teachings and exemplary conducts would be cherished by her children†he said.
