Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Adegoyega Babalola, the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) of Sterling Registrars Limited has passed on.
A visit by InvestAdvocate to the Firm in Lagos Nigeria revealed that he passed on Thursday September 29 2011 shortly after arriving from London where he went for a Medical Treatment.
Reports from the firms’ website, says he held a B.Sc. from the University of Lagos and MBA from ESUT Business School. He had tremendous experience in the share registration business spanning seventeen years. Prior to his appointment as Registrar/Managing Director of NAL Registrars Limited in 2000, he had served at different top-level positions at Union Bank Plc (Registrars Department) and City Securities Limited.
Babalola is also a member of Insitute of Capital Market Registrars (ICMR) Nigeria
A Christain wake keep is already going on in his honour as announced by Sterling Registrars Limited at Block 10, House 9, Fluxton Close, Friends Colony Estate Off Agungi Road, Lekki, Lagos Nigeria.
A Funeral Service holds Friday October 07 2011 at Victoria Court Cemetery, Awoyaya, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos and he will be interred immediately at the same cementery.
