The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) said it would announce its interest rate and other monetary policy decisions on Monday at around 1530 GMT, a day earlier than expected because CBN Governor Lamido Sanusi is travelling.
The CBN is expected to wrap up a year of monetary tightening with another moderate interest rate hike at its last planned rate meeting of the year, a Reuters poll showed.
