The Company has notified The Exchange that the Board of Directors of Guinea Insurance Plc., at its 220th Board meeting held on November 17th & 18th, 2011 at Rockview Hotel, Abuja, terminated the appointment of Mr. Ekerete Ola Gam-Ikon.
The Board before arriving at this decision, observed that, Gam-Ikon not only underperformed in the targets set for him, but concealed material information pertaining to his employment history upon recruitment. Until the termination of his appointment, Gam-Ikon was the Executive Director (Marketing).
