Nigeria’s SEC Resolve 709 out of 1,393 complaints in 2011

complaintLagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Nigeria’s Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) has said it resolved 709 out of the 1,393 brought to it in year 2011.

Arunma Oteh, Director General of the Commission said this in a Media briefing of the Nigerian Capital Market.

During the year under review, the Commission strengthened its working relationship with law enforcement agencies especially the Federal Ministry of Justice, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and the Nigeria Police (NP).
