Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Total Nigeria Plc Tuesday notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) of the appointment of Momar Nguer as a Director of the Company, with effect from December 1, 2011.

This is contained in a notice from Total Nigeria to the Nigeria’s Exchange in Lagos Nigeria and made available to www.investadvocateng.com.

Nguer joined Total Africa in 1984 and became the General Manager, Sales and Marketing at Total Senegal from 1985 to 1991. He was thereafter appointed the Vice President, Retail Network and Consumers Total Africa with his office based in Paris. He was subsequently the Chief Executive Officer of Total Cameroon until 1997, Chief Executive Officer of Total Kenya from 1997 to 2000, Executive Vice President Aviation Fuel of Total in February 2007, until his appointment as Senior Vice President Africa/Middle East which is his current position.
