Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Greif Nigeria Plc Wednesday proposed to reward investors of the Company a 30 Kobo dividend payout in its Financial Year End (FYE) October 31 2011.
This was contained in the Corporate Actions of the Company to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and made available to www.investadvocateng.com in Lagos Nigeria.
According to Greif Nigeria, closure date for shareholders that will benefit from the 30 Kobo dividend payout is Tuesday, April 10 – Friday April 13, 2012.
While the Company’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been scheduled for April 18 2012 in Lagos Nigeria. However, Greif Nigeria notified the Exchange that payment date for the 30 Kobo dividend payout will be advised in due time.
In the same vein, Nem Insurance Plc has issued a forecast with a Gross Premium of N6.249 billion for its Second Quarter (Q2) Result for the period June 2012.
Also, the Company forecast a Profit Before Tax (PBT) of N1.687 billion and Profit After Tax (PAT) of N1.457 billion for the Q2 June 2012 period respectively.
Another insurance operator Goldlink Insurance Plc issued a forecast with a Gross Premium of N2.969 billion for its Half Year June 2012 period.
While it’s PBT has been forecast to be N490.91 million and PAT of 434.46 million for the period of Q2 June 2012.
