Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Lasaco Assurance Plc Tuesday announced the resignation of Babatunde Durosinmi-Etti from the Board of the Company.
This is contained in a Notice from the Company to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and made available to www.investadvocateng.com in Lagos Nigeria.
“The Company has notified The Exchange that Mr. Babatunde Durosinmi-Etti has resigned his appointment from the Board of Directors of the Company, effective Thursday, February 16, 2012†the Notice said.
According to Lasaco Assuarnce, until his resignation, Durosinmi-Etti was a representative of Ibile Holdings Limited, one of Lasaco Assurance major shareholders.
