Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)- Courier Company Red Star Express Plc Tuesday announced that is has changed its Registrar from Intercontinental Registrars Limited to United Securities Limited.

The Company said this in a Notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) in Lagos Nigeria.

“The Company has notified The Exchange that following the takeover of Intercontinental Bank Plc and its subsidiaries by Access Bank, the Board of Access Bank Plc. has decided to divest from Intercontinental Registrar Limited, who until this notification were Registrars to Red Star Express Plc” the Notice said.

According to the Notice, to the this end the Board of Red Star Express Plc has changed its Registrars from Intercontinental Registrars Limited to United Securities Limited.
