Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc Wednesday announced that it has appointed a new Director to the Board of the Company.
This is contained in a Notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) and obtained by www.investadvocateng.com in Lagos Nigeria.
“The Company has notified The Exchange of the appointment of Mrs. Ngozi Nkem as a Director of the Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc†the Notice said.
According to Consolidated Hallmark, Nkem was born on May 5, 1971, and graduated from Abia State University, Uturu, with B.Sc. degree in Finance & Banking in 1995.
She commenced her work career at All States Trust Bank Ltd where she worked between 1996 and 2002. She then moved to Spring Bank Plc, 2002 – 2007 and from 2009 till date has been with Zopon Nigeria Ltd, a general merchant company, engaged in the import, export and supply of goods and services as well as in the downstream oil & gas distribution.
She is also a Director in the following companies: Transglobe Securities Nigeria Ltd, Zopon Nigeria Ltd, Binez Hotel Ltd and Abia State Hotels Ltd. Nkem is married with children.
