The CBN offered US$650.0m but sold US$601.1m at the WDAS last week – US$350.0m and US$251.1m at Monday and Wednesday’s auctions respectively.
The Naira closed flat at N155.94/US$1.00 on Monday, while it gained 4k to the Dollar on Wednesday to close at N155.90/US$1.00.
Improved Dollar supply at the interbank market last week led to a 233k week-on-week appreciation in the Naira, closing at N160.80/US$1.00
from N163.13/US$1.00.
