ADB to rollout Cable Car System in Lagos

London (INVESTADVOCATE)-The African Development Bank (ADB) will soon rollout the Cable Car System in Lagos Nigeria.

Mthuli Ncube, Chief Economist and Vice President, ADB said this Tuesday at the Courteville Business Solutions Plc Platinum sponsored African & Caribbean Business Expo holding in London; while discussing a paper titled “Building International Financial Centre”.

According to Ncube, it’s his hope that Nigeria will pioneer the rollout of Cable Cars in other countries.

“There is a nice project coming up in Lagos Nigeria which would be announced soon, which is to rollout the Cable Car System in Nigeria to easy the transport system forward, “how do you move a number of large people around”.

According to Ncube, the ADB believe that Africa have only discovered half of the Natural Resources underground.

According to him, there are lots of potentials in doing business in Africa and they should learn how to manage their resources well to encourage growth.

He affirmed that sixty (60%) of African countries rely on Agriculture and its moving up in its contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

In the same vein, Donald Kaberuka, the ADB President plans to float Africa’s first infrastructure Bond aimed at raising up to $22 billion for investments in projects, such as ports and airports .

Kaberuka Reuters was quoted a saying , the continent of one billion people and 54 states has recorded economic growth and stability in the past couple of years.
