Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-G.Cappa Plc, operating in the Construction/Real Estate Sector of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) Friday reported a loss of -N501.804 million Profit After Tax (PAT) for the Audited Year-End March 31 2010.
This is contained in the Results Presentation of the Firm to the Nigerian Bourse and made available to InvestAdvocate in Lagos Nigeria.
To post the N502 million Loss, in the review period, the Company’s PAT was a negative -N501.804 million compared to a negative of -N1.753 million in the same period of year 2009; indicating a Loss of 28,525.4 percent (28,525.4%).
Pre-Tax Profit also was negative as the Company posted –N488.475 million in the 2010 end compared to a Pre-Tax Profit of N6.679 million recorded in year 2009 end; showing a Loss of 7,413.6% in the review period.
Turnover also, declined from N941.847 million in year 2009 end compared to N132.531 million reported in the Audited Year-End of 2010; indicating a decline of -85.92%.
Similarly, Neimeth International Pharmaceutical Plc recorded a Loss of -N69.304 million in its Audited Year-End September 2012.
To report the Loss, the Company’s PAT N113.077 million in year 2011 end compared to the –N69.304 million in year 2012 end; showing a Loss of 161.3% in the review period.
In the same vein, Pre-Tax Profit was a negative –N87.508 million compared to a profit of N117.700 million recorded in year 2011 end; indicating a Loss of 170.9%.
However, Turnover increased from N1.898 billion in year 2011 end to N2.330 billion in the review period of 2012; representing an increase of 22.76%.
As at the close of business today Friday March 01 2013, Neimeth opened at a price of N1.05 and closed at N1.00 shedding -0.05 Kobo with a decline in share price of -4.76%.
Meanwhile Omatek Ventures Plc coming out of the doldrums recorded an increase in Revenue of 93.4% in its Third Quarter (Q3) Report for the period ended September 30 2012.
To post the increase, Omatek in the review period if year 2012 declared a Revenue of N1.330 billion compared to N687.820 million.
Pre-Tax Profit also increased from a negative of -N67.360 million in the Q3 of year 2011 to N248.740 million in the Q3 of 2012; indicating an increase of 469.3%.
While PAT also grew from a negative of –N72.160 million in the Q3 of 2011 to N233.590 million in the review period of year 2012; showing a growth in PAT of 423.7%.
