Lagos (INVESTADVOCATE)-Presco Plc Monday announced it will be holding a Board Meeting on Tuesday March 19 2013.
According to the Company, the Board Meeting will be held to consider its Audited Financial Statements for the Year Ended 31 December 2012 and to declare a dividend thereafter to its shareholders.
The Company in a Notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) said decisions reached at the meeting will be communicated to the Exchange and all stakeholders.
